「よろず相談支援センターふらっと」を立ち上げる動機
私は以前、市町村役場の窓口で委託相談（一般相談）と呼ばれる障がいをお持ちの方の相談窓口に在籍していましたが、そこに集まってくる相談内容は、仕事探しやゴミ屋敷の片付け、離婚、都会で暮らしたいという願いなど本当にさまざまでした。
世の中に同じ人が存在しないように、同じ相談内容はありません。
相談者の数だけ私たちの仕事はあります。
まずはその人にとって一番よい方法をいっしょに考える相談員でありたい。
制度や組織に縛られずに相談者のために動けるチームを作りたい。
せっかく相談に行ったのにたらい回しになって疲れ果ててしまわないように。
相談者に寄り添える福祉専門職として働きたい。
そんな思いでこの「よろず相談支援センターふらっと」を開設することを決めました。
My motivation for starting the “Anything Goes Consultation Support Center Flat”
I used to be a counselor for people with disabilities at the Otsu Town Hall.
The consultations I received were truly diverse, including job searches, clearing out garbage, divorce, and the desire for independence to live in the city.
Just as no two people are the same in the world, no two consultations are the same.
Our work is as varied as the number of consultants we have.
First of all, I want to be a consultant who thinks together with my clients about the best way forward.
We want to build a team that can work for our clients without being tied down by systems or organizations.
We don’t want our clients to become exhausted after having gone through all the trouble of going to a consultation service.
We want to work as a welfare professional who can be close to my clients.
With this in mind, we decided to open the “Anything Goes Consultation Support Center Flat”.
